In 2013, Natalie founded Code Next Generation- a community organization that transitions youth to adulthood by maximizing their potential to walk in their purpose. In 2015, she was recognized as one of John Maxwell’s Top 100 Leaders for youth and families. 

Natalie served the International Association of Women (IAW) formally known as the National Association of Women (NAPW) alongside Star Jones, as the Central Regional Manager and Atlanta Chapter President for 5 years. She was responsible for the leadership development and chapter engagement for over 20 Chapter Presidents and over 10,000 members. 

Natalie volunteers every Monday at the City of Refuge where she teaches homeless women and those rescued from sex-trafficking that "homelessness does not mean hopelessness". Natalie is currently the CEO of The Total Package Consulting Group LLC- a personal and professional development company that helps leaders find, develop and use their voice to make a difference. She believes that we all have something to say that can significantly change our relationships, community and the world.
